What is Land Of Verse?
Verse brings online healing arts education into your home and expands your global community of like-minded folks.
Our schools of Herbal Medicine and Metaphysics offer live certifications and on-demand professional documentary-style classes to uplift your desire for self-empowerment and connection.
Are your online certifications live program?
Yes! Our programs have some pre-recorded supplemental elements, but are made up mostly of live online lectures and small group discussions.
Do you offer payment plan options?
Yes! We have a few different payment plan options that are all integrated and available directly at checkout:
In-House Payment Plan (5% fee, time length varies)
If you need to pay in installments but don't have the best credit, in-house payment plans are an accessible option. They must be paid in full by program start, so length of plan depends on when you sign up. Simply select the "In House Payment Plan" option at checkout.
PayPal Credit (6 months + no interest + no fees)
If you're got fair credit, use this healing arts program as a way to grow your score more while also growing your tarot skills (total 10 of Pentacles energy!) 6 months, no interest. Simply select the "PayPal Credit" option at checkout.
Do you offer scholarship options?
Yes! We have need-based scholarships available. At this time our scholarships are self-generated, so we are able to offer 25% off to a handful of students in each certification program. We are dedicated to centering systemically marginalized communities here at Verse.
Those people identifying as trans, femmes, BIPOC, and persons with a disability will be prioritized as recipients for this scholarship.
Do I have to take the Community year in order to be in the advanced courses?
Technically, no! If you've already been through other programs or trainings, you might qualify to skip the Community Year 1 of our certification tracks. Email tessa@landofverse.com for more help!
What is Required to get a Land Of Verse certification?
The requirements for certification include completion of and passing grade for: monthly online quizzes, homework readings, research based midterm, and presentation based final project. Additionally, either (1) 80% live class attendance or (2) 80% class notes summary for those unable to attend class live due to time-zone differences or work schedules.
I live outside the USA, Can I still attend your courses?
At this time, our courses are only available for US students.
What supplies are included in the herbal and tarot kit?
Supplies vary each year as a way to keep things current and fresh, but are always sourced from all of our favorite and most trusted tarot creators, herbal growers, medicine makers, and tea and supplement companies.

How do I know what course is right for me?

Why should I get certification in herbalism?
Getting a Verse Herbalism Certification is one huge step along the path in eventually becoming a Registered Herbalist through the American Herbalist Guild, the only regulating body for herbalists in the US. It takes over 800 hours of study, 400 hours of clinical training, and 150 herbal monographs to become an AHG Registered Herbalist. Any student who completes our 3-year school will walk away with 575+ AHG-approved hours of study and 100 herbal monographs. Think of our program as a Bachelors of Herbalism. With that, you'll be perfectly positioned and ready to jump into an Advanced Clinical program through one of our partner schools to complete your study and apply for registered status!
